We are building a new pediatric and adolescent psychiatric unit in Vogtareuth, an expansion of a leading national healthcare provider renowned for its high standards in psychosomatic and psychiatric care. This initiative will provide specialized treatment for young patients, contributing to innovative research and excellent medical outcomes within a collaborative, academic environment.

The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support to pediatric and adolescent patients in shift service.
• Monitor patient progress, observe the course of illness, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Independently carry out physician-ordered medical measures and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage organizational tasks on the ward.
• Actively contribute to a respectful, structured, and safe environment as part of an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d), Pediatric Nurse (m/f/d), or equivalent.
• Strong social competence, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychiatry (though not a mandatory requirement).
