This is not a front desk position, we are looking for a true sales professional who can build relationships, generate leads, conduct tours, and help prospective members invest in their health and fitness goals.

Generate membership sales through lead generation, prospecting, and referrals
Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person appointments
Sell memberships, fitness programs, and transformation programs
Participate in marketing events, community outreach, and membership drives
Consistently meet and exceed individual and club sales goals
Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming environment
Previous sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition experience required
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with prospects
Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
