Change Manager (PMO, Governance & Frameworks) / £50,000 - £58,000 / Bolton / Hybrid (2 days a week)

We're supporting a leading healthcare provider in the search for a Change Manager. As Change Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and evolving the organisation's change governance approach whilst providing oversight across the wider transformation portfolio.

Working closely with senior leaders, project sponsors and delivery teams, you'll ensure projects are prioritised effectively, governed consistently and embedded successfully across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing change governance frameworks, processes and controls.
• Driving change management strategies across business transformation initiatives.
• Providing PMO oversight, ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed standards and governance requirements.
• Producing portfolio-level reporting covering risks, issues, dependencies, benefits and resource considerations.
• Facilitating governance forums, steering committees and decision-making processes.
• Supporting project teams with business cases, project plans, risk management and change control.
• Conducting impact assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Driving stakeholder engagement, adoption and long-term benefits realisation.
• Championing continuous improvement across the transformation function.

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

• Experience leading business change and transformation initiatives
• Experience within Healthcare
• Strong PMO, governance and portfolio management expertise
• Experience building or improving governance frameworks and reporting structures
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
• Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Agile or PRINCE2
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and benefits realisation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
