The Role

• Lead and develop your team with a focus on collegiality and positive role modeling.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
• Engage customers with compelling displays, expert advice, and exceptional service.
• Independently implement sales-boosting initiatives and promotions.
• Oversee all aspects of the department's performance, including cost and revenue, inventory, pricing, and stock management.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in a similar role (e.g., bakery or fresh food counter).
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen eye for quality and presentation.
• A solutions-oriented and results-driven work approach with a commitment to structured and conscientious task completion.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work within a rotating shift system, including Saturdays.
