The Role

• Gain hands-on experience in early childhood education settings.

• Serve as a point of contact for parents and/or teachers.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) Baccalaureate, a qualified vocational certificate, or staatlich gepr.

• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Patience, stress resilience, and confidently manage conflicts.
• Empathy combined with assertiveness.
• A responsible attitude and a strong interest in social issues.
• Enthusiasm for both practical work and the scientific/theoretical underpinnings of early childhood education.
