The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial consultation to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and order processing.
• Conduct quality assurance checks, inventory management, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of relevant experience (e.g., Automotive Master Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic).
• Willingness to undertake the required certification for Operations Manager, or already possess this qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and proficiency in PC use for administrative tasks.
• Excellent customer and service orientation, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
