Oracle Cloud Financial -Lead Consultant
Location: TX/ Remote

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.

MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades

Experience with one or more of the following modules:

o General Ledger

o Account Receivables

o Account Payables

o Fixed Assets

o Accounting Hub

o Advance Collections and Credits

o Cash Management

o Expenses

Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions.

Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements

Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience and MultiOrg / Mutli Currency experience.

Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Prior experience leading or managing projects.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills

High commitment to exceed performance expectations.

Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements.

Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations.

Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.

Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required.

Previous experience working in IT companies.

In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus
