The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, observe clinical courses, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Independently execute medically prescribed treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured patient documentation and manage daily ward organizational tasks.
• Actively contribute to a respectful, structured, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, General Nurse, or Pediatric Nurse.
• Strong social competence, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric care, though not strictly required.
