Bring your expertise. Build connections with families. Make a difference in pediatric ENT care. Nemours Children’s Health is seeking an Otolaryngology Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—to join our team in Salisbury, MD. In this role, you’ll combine independent practice with close collaboration, partnering with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions. Put your skills to work delivering high-quality, family-centered care—with a sign-on bonus offered!

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Put patients and families at the center of outpatient care, conducting comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.

Bring your clinical skills to hands-on, in-office procedures under an attending physician’s supervision, including cerumen removal and assistance with flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy.

Empower patients, families, and caregivers with clear education about diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs, supporting informed decisions and continuity of care.

Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and share ongoing clinical education to advance excellence within the Division of Otolaryngology.

Share your specialty expertise as a clinical resource and consultant for colleagues across Nemours Children’s Health and the broader community.

Help shape better care through quality improvement: identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and support implementation in alignment with Nemours’ goals.
