Finance Associate Attorney Qualifications:

• 3+ years advising lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions, including representing banks, credit unions, private equity firms, family offices, and other non-bank lenders.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex security agreements and close secured transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
