Epic Ambulatory Analyst - Remote
The Opportunity
A fully remote opportunity within our Clinical Applications practice, on the Epic Ambulatory support team. This role is funded to drive forward a portfolio of active projects for a healthcare client, alongside day-to-day operational support.
What You Bring
  • EpicCare Ambulatory certification
  • MyChart certification
  • Hands-on experience across both modules
What You'll Do
  • Own assigned project workstreams from a bundle of active initiatives
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support
  • Work and resolve support tickets
  • Assist with Epic upgrade cycles as needed
