PKI System Administrator | Clinton, MD, United States | On-site | $73,450.00 - $132,775.00 This employer is a leading technology company that provides innovative solutions for government and commercial clients. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large enterprise, multi-enclave environment. • Manage and troubleshoot Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity Management tools. • Train remote site personnel on basic Trusted Agent duties. • Maintain PKI servers through patching, routine maintenance, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines. • Document technical findings, feedback, and resolution steps for root cause analysis and process improvement. What You'll Need • Experience with customer interaction, handling service inquiries, and problem resolution. • Proficiency in implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex PKI and Identity Management systems. • Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Experience with issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards for two-factor authentication. • Familiarity with troubleshooting soft-certificate issues for local and remote customers. • Experience supporting a broad range of technical assignments requiring innovation and originality. • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
