Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise Program Manager / Program Director who has successfully led a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and understands how to manage the organizational complexity surrounding one.

• Provide overall program oversight and governance for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Serve as a key liaison between Business, IT, project management teams.
• Ensure business and IT workstreams remain aligned on priorities, decisions, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Coordinate across multiple project managers and workstreams to maintain an integrated view of the overall program.
• Identify and proactively manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Ensure significant risks and issues are elevated to the appropriate stakeholders quickly and with sufficient information to drive decisions.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive-level program discussions.
• Provide clear visibility into overall program health, progress, milestones, risks, and areas requiring leadership attention.
• Challenge workstreams when necessary and drive accountability for commitments and deliverables.
• Help ensure the implementation partner and internal teams remain aligned around the overall program objectives.
• Anticipate potential issues before they become critical and drive the appropriate mitigation or escalation strategy.
