Senior Developer – NICE CXone / LiveVox 

Location: Dallas, TX / Near Client Location
Experience: Senior Level
Priority: Strong LiveVox experience required
NICE CXone experience is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize applications in NICE CXone & LiveVox
• Design and implement IVR flows, ACD routing & omnichannel integrations
• Build integrations with Salesforce, WFM tools & third-party applications
• Work with REST APIs, web services & databases
• Configure call flows, agent scripts & reporting dashboards
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high system availability
• Optimize platform performance and resolve production issues
• Follow security, compliance & regulatory standards
• Apply best practices for code quality, scalability & maintainability
