Duties
Work assigned routes to generate new customers through face to face sales and neighborhood canvassing
Manage and grow a portfolio of residential accounts through strong customer relationships and service
Educate homeowners on pest control services and identify additional needs
Assist with basic property inspections and identify signs of pest activity
Track customer interactions, sales activity, and route performance
Promote additional services when applicable to support overall business growth
Operate in a team environment focused on accountability, performance, and competition
Requirements
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or customer facing roles
High energy with a proactive and competitive mindset
Reliable and consistent with strong accountability
Coachable and open to feedback with a willingness to improve
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day
