The Role

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling.
• Conduct product demonstrations in a retail environment, focusing on consumer interaction.
• Manage and operate demonstration areas, including setup, cooking (if applicable), and breakdown.
• Ensure a positive brand experience for all customers encountered.
• Work independently and collaboratively to achieve demonstration goals.
• Maintain a safety-first mentality while performing all job duties.

What You'll Need

• Comfort interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, to support ongoing events.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and standing for up to 6 hours.
• Reliability in transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
