Your new role
As a Data Center Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all onsite construction activities from project mobilization through turnover. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate daily field operations, monitor project schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure the successful delivery of highly technical, mission-critical facilities. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction.
• Proven ability to manage field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and project schedules.
• Experience delivering ground-up data centers, mission-critical facilities, advanced technology projects, or large-scale commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction safety programs, quality control procedures, and project sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to work on projects throughout Northern Virginia and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic region as required.
