Door-to-Door Telecommunications Sales Representative

Optimum, a leading telecommunications provider, is hiring a Direct Sales Representative to drive residential and small business sales for internet, TV, mobile, and voice services. In this field-based role, you'll prospect in assigned neighborhoods, engage customers at their homes or businesses, present bundled solutions, and close new accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. You'll perform product demos, explain pricing and promotions, and process orders accurately. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within assigned residential and small business territories
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and in-person sales presentations
• Explain Optimum internet, TV, mobile, and voice products, pricing, and promotions
• Recommend bundled service solutions tailored to customer needs
• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Accurately complete and submit customer orders and required documentation
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up on leads and referrals
• Provide a high level of customer service and respond to basic service questions
• Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams on campaigns and events
• Represent Optimum's brand and adhere to all compliance and ethical standards
