The Role

• Lead and manage a team of fresh food counter staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Ensure exceptional product quality, freshness, and adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Create visually appealing product displays and offer expert advice and excellent service to customers.
• Develop and implement sales-boosting initiatives and promotions.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, pricing, and efficient stock rotation.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with a focus on baked goods or fresh food counters.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen eye for quality and presentation.
• Proven ability to work independently, with a solutions-oriented approach and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork, customer service, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule, including Saturdays.
