The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a nursing specialist, geriatric nurse, or general nurse.
• Flexibility and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including early and late shifts.
• Empathy and excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
