Supply Chain Analyst

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst 
Location: Chicago, IL 
Onsite 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations
• Strong Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data functions
• Experience with Demand Forecasting / Demand Planning
• Experience with Sales Trend Analysis and Root Cause Analysis
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience managing orders, shipments, and delivery timelines
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Preferred:

• Retail supply chain experience
• SAP / BW / BI experience
• Experience with KPI and process improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly demand forecasting and update systems
• Analyze sales trends and forecast-to-actual performance
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify process improvements
• Manage orders, shipments, and customer delivery requirements
• Prepare supply chain reports and KPI analysis
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Order Management, Logistics, and customers
• Support inventory, order management, and reporting activities
