The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities, in addition to managing assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Utilize company-provided tools and an iPad for sales agreements and organization.
• Educate customers on pest management solutions and set clear expectations for peace of mind.
• Achieve sales goals through strategic prospecting and by leveraging marketing tools.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is essential.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company-sponsored).
• No prior industry experience is required; sales experience is preferred.
• Capability to work independently in the field and interact with diverse customers.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.

• Substantial earning potential with an estimated annual compensation range of $80,000 - $120,000 USD (base plus uncapped commission).
