Seeking a Qualified Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services in the Palestine area!

We are seeking a caring Field Supervisor who possesses the necessary compassion, dedication, and professionalism to join AdvantageCare and Assistcare PCS. The Field Supervisor supervises the delivery of personal care services ensuring clients receive service according to authorized task and hours.
Must be a licensed nurse (RN) in good standing; OR have completed at least two years (60 credit hours) of college-level education. One (1) year's management or supervisory experience for a healthcare provider may be substituted for each required year of college

Some Responsibilities include
- Communicates with employees, case managers and clients in a professional and effective manner
- Specialize Educational Training designed to prepare attendants to client specific needs based on diagnosis
- Attends Team Meetings and/or training as required
- Available to provide services to clients if back-up PCA is not available
- Scheduling according to service plans, authorized hours and required days per week
- Complete initial evaluation of assistance needed by client to achieve activities of daily living
- Ensures attendants understanding of EVV by demonstration
- Works with HR supporting attendants to improve
- Other responsibilities, related activities, assignments, duties, and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or General Equivalence Degree (G.E.D.) required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Personal Care Services (Medicaid) and state requirements
- Must have and maintain valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift 50+ pounds, and move intermittently
