Forward Deployed Engineer

Located in Canada (100% remote), this full-time opportunity is with a fast-growing technology company building AI-driven enterprise software. Leveraging technologies including AI orchestration, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, and enterprise ERP integrations, you'll serve as the technical bridge between customers and product engineering while delivering mission-critical solutions in production environments.

The coolest part of this role is the ability to directly shape both customer outcomes and future product capabilities. This is not a traditional implementation or solutions engineering position. You'll be embedded with customers, solving real business challenges, influencing product direction, and working with cutting-edge AI tooling to automate and accelerate delivery. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys tackling difficult integration problems, thrives in customer-facing environments, and wants broad exposure across engineering, architecture, AI, and enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and SQL
• Customer-facing engineering experience devlivering production solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with AI copilots, agents, or AI orchestration workflows

Desired Skills & Experience

• FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Neo4j, or Terraform experience
• Solutions engineering or technical consulting background
• Multi-tenant SaaS platform experience
