Job Description

We are seeking a Bioprocess Manufacturing Associate to support commercial manufacturing of therapeutic proteins in a GMP-regulated environment. This role executes routine manufacturing activities according to established electronic work instructions and production records.

The associate will weigh and check raw materials; assemble, clean, and sterilize process equipment; monitor manufacturing processes; maintain the cleanroom environment; and complete electronic work instructions. The role also trains for proficiency with primary production equipment such as bioreactors, chromatography skids, and media or buffer preparation equipment and supports process documentation, materials inventory, and safe manufacturing operations.

Position details:
• Hourly rate: $35.60–$37.60;
• Contract length: 6 months with possible extension;
• Location: Devens, MA;
• Work arrangement: 100% onsite;
• Maximum hours: 40 hours per week;
• Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM;
• Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule, with flexibility to work holidays;
• Shift differential included;
• W-2 contract position;
• No C2C options;
• No visa sponsorship.

Required:
• High school diploma;
• Experience with Microsoft Office;
• Ability to work a 5:00 PM–5:00 AM 2-2-3 rotating schedule;
• Flexibility to work holidays;
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred:
• B.S. in science, engineering, biochemistry, or a related discipline, or equivalent knowledge;
• Experience or ability to train for proficiency with process automation systems including DeltaV, Syncade Interactions, and PI Vision;
• Experience or ability to train for proficiency with supporting business systems including SAP, Infinity, and Maximo;
• Work or study experience requiring attention to detail and personal accountability;
• Successful participation on work or study teams requiring collaboration and combined results.
