Investment Specialist Director - Private Equity - Tikehau Capital

As a member of the Investment Specialist Group (ISG), you will be a key driver of Tikehau Capital's fundraising activity for the Private Equity department.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of marketing materials for the Private Equity business unit to support the fundraising of its funds: teasers, pitch deck, private placement memorandums, standard due diligence questionnaires;
• Coordinate responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) in relation to the firm and its fund activities, from existing and potential clients;
• Act as the key point of contact between the sales team and the investment team, providing regular updates on the Private Equity Business unit and its funds;
• Where required, take part in client meetings to support the sales team and to promote the Private Equity strategies
• Involved in transversal subjects (tools developments and AI implementation, cross-BU initiatives, ESG topics...)
• Manage the London ISG team members and ensure team deliverables are met.

• Graduate or master's degree with a major in Finance (or relevant related discipline) from a business school or university
• A minimum of 7 years of previous professional experience in financial institutions or in the consulting field. An experience within the Private Equity industry will be valuable
• Proven experience of managing junior team members
• Committed, highly motivated, curious, and proactive
• Well-structured and analytical mind and can present concepts and ideas clearly
• Attention to detail, precision and accuracy are critical requirements of the role
• PowerPoint and advanced Excel are required, programming and data management beneficial
