Job Description
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of software engineering experience, with a heavy track record of creating and implementing interactive, production-level voice agents.
- Platform Core: Proven, hands-on production experience building with Retell AI. You must be comfortable overriding default configurations and handling custom backend triggers.
- Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Lambda, Python, experience with AWS services, experience with Databases, specializing in asynchronous programming for real-time streaming data.
- APIs & Telephony: Extensive experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and telephony platforms like Twilio (handling numbers, outbound triggers, and call routing) and Vonage.
