Job description

  • - Must be based in the Continental United States
  • - 6+ years of Reliability Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience
  • - Experience building, scaling, and operating large-scale production systems and distributed environments
  • - Strong Linux systems experience with a focus on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational excellence
  • - Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, Go, or similar programming languages
  • - Experience building automation and tooling to improve system reliability and reduce operational overhead
  • - Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, fault tolerance, and high-availability architectures
  • - Experience with monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident management practices
  • - Experience supporting business-critical production environments with strict uptime and performance requirements
  • - Strong debugging skills across infrastructure, applications, and production systems
  • - Experience working closely with software engineering teams to improve reliability, deployment processes, and production readiness
  • - Proven track record improving system performance, stability, and operational efficiency
  • - Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive reliability best practices across teams
  • - Hands-on engineer who remains actively involved in architecture, automation, and production systems rather than pure people management
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • - Trading, financial services, or fintech experience preferred
