Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure software solutions for Abbott's healthcare and diagnostics platforms.
• Collaborate with product, data, and clinical teams to translate clinical and business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices and clean architecture.
• Implement and integrate cloud-based services, APIs, and data pipelines supporting medical devices and diagnostics.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and cybersecurity of applications in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to technical roadmapping, solution design, and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, tests, and monitoring to support high-quality releases.
