The Role

• Provide patient-centered care for ventilated and weaning patients, supporting their early-stage rehabilitation.
• Independently plan and implement nursing care according to the latest nursing expertise.
• Accurately document patient care using modern electronic systems and adhere to quality management standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate, counsel, and support patients and their families throughout the nursing process.
• Participate as a member of the clinic's resuscitation team.
