Configuration Specialist (Monday.com)

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze the company's existing business processes and workflows.

Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Work with stakeholders to define and implement improved processes.

Reconfigure and optimize CRM based on the new/fixed processes.

Configure boards, workflows, automations, dashboards, forms, permissions, and other functionality.

Build or support integrations between and other business applications.

Troubleshoot existing configurations and integrations.

Translate business requirements into practical solutions.

Provide recommendations and best practices for ongoing CRM/process management.

Ensure the configured solution aligns with the company's operational requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with CRM.

Experience configuring and customizing for business workflows.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization.

Experience with automations, integrations, dashboards, and related features.

Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing implementations.

Experience building or supporting integrations using APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into technical configurations.
