The Role

• Negotiate and close deals, meeting homeowner needs with expert solutions.
• Focus on closing deals with pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments.
• Collaborate with the team in daily strategy meetings.

What You'll Need

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are required for travel.
• Availability during midday, evenings, and weekends to accommodate appointment schedules.
• No direct sales or construction experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Ability to perform inspections that may involve ladder or attic access.
