Engineer - Rolling Stock

Key Responsibilities:

• Review approved modification for safety assurance and implementation

• Assist with modification evaluation, engineering change and change request with central engineering team

• Support modification implementation at the depot level

• Ability to write and modify vehicle maintenance instructions, service, and technical bulletins

• Analyse impact of modifications on reliability, maintainability, and safety on the rolling stocks

• Supporting rolling stock software updates and upgrades

• Responsible for internal and external stakeholder's meetings to manage modification and engineering change requests regularly. Requirements Engineering

Work Experience

'Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, Creo, or Autodesk Inventor. - AutoCAD, CREO is preferred

Drawing reading capabilities.

Engineering Drawings creation:

• Attention to Detail – Ability to produce accurate and error-free designs.
• Collaboration & Teamwork – Work effectively with cross-functional teams (mechanical, manufacturing, software).
• Communication – Clear documentation and ability to explain complex designs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability – Comfortable working with evolving technologies and changing project requirements.
• Time Management – Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
