PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 Techno-Functional Consultant

Extensive expertise in PeopleSoft FIN 9.2, specifically within General Ledger (GL) and Commitment Control (KK), including deep understanding of ledger configurations, budget structures, and transactional processing frameworks

This resource will work on the functional team; however, advanced technical proficiency in PeopleSoft development and troubleshooting is required

Comprehensive knowledge of cross-module integration points, including GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Billing, and Travel & Expense with emphasis on interdependency workflows and integration touchpoints

Experience with creating and entering Budget and GL Journals as well as Journal life cycle

Experience configuring new Business Units, Combo edits, Chartfields, Trees, etc

Experience with PeopleSoft architectures with external applications

Experience working with PeopleSoft application engines

Proficient using Application Designer

Project management experience paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading functional design discussions and technical solution walkthroughs.

Proficient at PS Query

Knowledge with PeopleSoft tables and structures for research and analysts

Experience with production support, including issue triage, defect resolution and incident management

Comprehensive PeopleSoft lifecycle testing experience (i.e., vouchering, purchasing, GL journal posting, accounts receivable processing), including deep knowledge of test sequencing, data staging, and end-to-end business process validation

Experience writing enhancement documentation which includes and not limited to requirements gathering, business analyst, configuration, identifying tables and code changes, test conditions, business risks, and alternative options
