Job Description
As the Systems Administrator, you will work as part of the Business Services Team to:
- Administer Kronos time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate payroll data and reporting.
- Process leave, allowances, overtime and employee changes.
- Support payroll activities, reporting and system reconciliations.
- Manage Concur administration, employee records and workforce documentation.
- Coordinate clothing allocations, skills audits and employee correspondence.
- Liaise with the Business Service Centre and support continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Business Administration qualification or similar.
- Experience in payroll, workforce administration or systems support.
- Exposure to Kronos, JDE, Oracle or similar systems is highly regarded.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, awards and industrial instruments is advantageous
