Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of progressive IT experience managing complex IT functions, including 3+ years of full-time supervisory experience in an IT environment.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services, service-level agreements (SLAs), vendor performance, and cybersecurity operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in state government, financial services, or regulated environments, including compliance, audits, shared services, and project management.
• Experience with enterprise systems and integrations (SAP, financial institution interfaces, secure file transfer), IT procurement, contract management, and budgeting.
