. We are hiring experienced, full-cycle Field Sales Representatives to generate, manage, and close roofing and restoration projects. This is a door-to-door and in-home sales role where you will take ownership of the entire sales process-from initial contact to signed contract.

Perform inspections
Work insurance and retail opportunities
Have experience in roofing, storm restoration, or exterior sales
Thrive in field-based, high-performance environments
Identify homeowners with potential roofing or storm damage needs
Inspections & Consultations
Conduct roof and exterior inspections
Insurance claim processes (when applicable)
Sales & Closing
Present proposals and project scope
Project & Pipeline Management
Manage deals from first contact → inspection → close
Coordinate with internal teams as projects move forward
Experience in roofing, restoration, or in-home sales (REQUIRED)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working outdoors and in neighborhoods
High-ticket projects = strong per-deal commissions
