Job Description

Avanciers seeking hands-on Software Engineers with practical experience in AI-native development and agentic engineering to coach client engineering teams on adopting AI-powered tools, agents, and modern software development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach engineering teams on AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and AI-native engineering practices.

• Implement spec-driven development, Plan Mode, coding agents, and reusable AI skills.

• Guide teams on AI-assisted coding, testing, code reviews, and documentation validation.

• Promote cloud-native development, CI/CD, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Developer Experience (DevEx).

• Conduct technical workshops and mentoring sessions to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on agentic or AI-native development.

• Strong fundamentals in programming languages, data structures, algorithms, software design, and system architecture.

• Experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, Architect, or Engineering Manager.

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, VS Code AI tooling, Devin, or similar AI agent platforms.

• Proven experience implementing AI-enabled workflows in real-world or production environments.

• Strong coaching, mentoring, communication, and technical facilitation skills.

• Ability to demonstrate measurable improvements in engineering productivity, quality, and delivery through AI adoption.
