We're looking for a F&I Manager to lead one of our finance teams. This is more than a finance position—it's an opportunity to build a high-performing team and make lending decisions.

Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000–$140,000 annual base salary

What You'll Do
As the F&I Manager, you'll lead the finance operation for your location by developing your team and driving business results.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
- Drive portfolio performance
- Review customer applications and make accurate lending recommendations based on company guidelines
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data to improve results
- Coach employees through customer negotiations and difficult conversations
- Ensure every customer receives exceptional service throughout the lending process
- Maintain compliance with company lending policies
- Partner with Sales and Service leadership to create an outstanding customer experience
- Assist the General Manager in leading daily operations and achieving location goals
- Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys coaching others and making thoughtful business decisions.
Qualifications include:
- Leadership experience in collections, finance, banking, automotive, or consumer lending
- Experience managing or coaching employees toward measurable performance goals
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence making data-driven decisions
- Automotive finance or subprime lending experience is a plus
- CDK experience required
- Darwin and Route One experience preferred
