The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Consultant Psychiatrists specialising in General Adult Psychiatry to join established mental health services in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment
Manage patients with acute, chronic and complex mental health conditions
Deliver care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, as required
Collaborate with multidisciplinary mental health teams
Supervise and mentor junior doctors and trainees
Contribute to clinical governance, service development and quality improvement
Candidate Requirements
Recognised medical degree and specialist training in Psychiatry
FRANZCP qualification or eligibility for specialist registration through the Australian specialist assessment pathway
UK-trained Consultant Psychiatrists with CCT and MRCPsych are encouraged to apply
Eligible for registration with AHPRA
Excellent clinical, communication and leadership skills
