Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the travel and hospitality industry, is seeking a Account Receivable to join their team. As an Account Receivable, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Account Receivable

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range:  $30 - $45

Shift: 9AM - 5:30PM with a 30-minute lunch break, 3 days a week to start, ramping up to 5 days a week during September and October

Duration: 3 months

What's the Job?

  • Manage airline billing and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle group billing and ensure proper documentation and processing
  • Use Excel to reconcile hotel charges with airline spreadsheets, identifying discrepancies
  • Utilize the OnQ system in the Front Office, with training provided, to support billing activities
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve billing issues and improve processes

What's Needed?

  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in Excel, especially in reconciliation tasks
  • Ability to learn and use the OnQ system effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
