Digital Merchandising Team Lead

XYZ Corp, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to oversee digital merchandising operations for retail clients. You will lead a small cross-functional team managing product data, pricing, and inventory in software platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client strategy. Partner with engineers, analysts, and product owners to refine workflows, troubleshoot issues, and deliver continuous improvements. You'll mentor team members, monitor KPIs, and support agile delivery of enhancements while contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team managing digital merchandise, pricing, and inventory data for retail clients.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of product information across IT and merchandising platforms.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and analysts to refine tools, workflows, and integrations.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues, coordinating resolution with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop technical and operational skills.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align merchandise operations with business objectives.
