About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the successful delivery of complex digital projects while acting as a trusted strategic partner to clients and mentoring multidisciplinary project teams.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end delivery of digital products including websites, applications, and digital platforms
• Leading project scoping, requirements gathering, roadmaps, user stories, and technical specifications
• Building trusted relationships with clients while managing expectations throughout project delivery
• Leading cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, developers, and digital specialists
• Managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming sessions, and retrospectives
• Identifying project risks, mitigating scope creep, and ensuring successful project outcomes

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing digital projects within an agency environment
• Proven experience delivering websites, applications, and digital products from concept through to launch
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for emerging technologies, AI, digital innovation, and continuous learning
