Art Supervisor

Fifth Element is looking for an Art Supervisor to lead bold, strategically driven creative for healthcare brands. Partnering with copywriters, strategists, account teams, and project managers, you'll develop integrated campaign ideas that connect with HCP and consumer audiences while delivering business results.

You'll champion creative excellence, mentor junior team members, present work with confidence, and embrace emerging technologies—including AI—to enhance ideation, workflow, and creative innovation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters to develop breakthrough campaign concepts.
• Lead creative across integrated AOR campaigns, including print, digital, social, video, and experiential.
• Present and defend creative work to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate across creative, strategy, account, medical, and project management teams.
• Mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance creative thinking and improve workflows.
• Ensure work is strategically sound, on brand, and MLR-ready.    

• 5+ years of agency experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising.
• Strong conceptual thinking and an integrated campaign portfolio.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client presentations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply them thoughtfully to the creative process.

Pay Range- $120,000- $145,000
