The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and support.
• Perform classic nursing duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Foster trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and personal guidance to nursing assistants, trainees, and interns.
• Creatively contribute to daily activities and resident engagement as a subject matter expert.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a certified nursing professional.
• Alternatively, another completed vocational qualification in geriatric or general healthcare.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
