Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Operations:
Help coordinate new hire onboarding, from background checks to first-day setups.

Employee Support

Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day employee questions about benefits, leaves, and HR policies.

HR Records & Systems

Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and ensure HR compliance.

Talent Acquisition Support

Assist with posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Culture & Initiatives

Support employee engagement events, recognition programs, and training sessions. Skills
Onboarding (2 years of experience is preferred)
HRIS (2 years of experience is preferred)
Multi-tasking (2 years of experience is preferred)
Customer Service (2 years of experience is preferred)
Handling Confidential Information (2 years of experience is preferred)
