The Role

• Develop and implement robust sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive IT candidates.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and HR partners to define talent needs, essential qualifications, and to formulate competitive offers.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends to inform hiring strategies and decision-making.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, reflecting the company's culture and values.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, from initial engagement through to offer acceptance.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent, with a focus on technology roles.
• Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges with a positive and driven approach.
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
