Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct the enterprise rollout of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across 59 health centers, replacing legacy paper-based charting systems.
 
Position Key Details
 
  • Location: Harrisburg, PA
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)
  • Residency Requirement: Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
  • Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person
Must-Have Qualifications
 
  • Active PMP Certification: Held continuously for at least 5+ years (Mandatory: Active certificate copy required upon application)
  • EHR/EMR Transition: Proven hands-on experience implementing EHR systems where the environment was previously paper-based
  • Project Management Depth: 7–9 years of experience leading complex, full-lifecycle IT projects (8–12+ month delivery cycles)
  • PMO & Risk Management: Strong expertise in PMO methodologies, budget tracking, vendor integration, and maintaining RAID+ logs
Preferred Bonus Skills
 
  • Public Health / Health Informatics domain knowledge
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience with independent stakeholder groups
