The Role

• Represent a premium home improvement brand at retail locations, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage with potential customers, spark interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Generate qualified leads by converting conversations into appointments for in-home consultations.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
• Work directly with shoppers to provide information and create a positive brand experience.

What You'll Need

• Reliable personal transportation for travel to various work sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with new people.
• Resilience and confidence to handle interactions professionally.
• A passion for assisting customers and making a positive first impression.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup and to be comfortable standing for extended periods.
