HPC Architect

Introduction:

As an HPC Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance computing (HPC) solutions in a cloud environment, specifically on AWS. You will work closely with the team to optimize and manage HPC workloads, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HPC solutions on AWS cloud platform
• Optimize HPC workflows and applications for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of HPC projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HPC infrastructure and applications
• Maintain and update HPC systems to ensure they meet the organization''s requirements
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HPC and cloud computing

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in high-performance computing (HPC) architectures and technologies
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HPC solutions on AWS cloud platform
• Excellent understanding of parallel processing, distributed systems, and cluster computing
• Ability to optimize HPC workloads for performance and efficiency
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in AWS or other cloud computing technologies
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Understanding of big data technologies and analytics
